wow, those are great photographs! in the last picture, i noticed that you're semi serious about photography (besides the obvious ). do you do this professionally? i'd greatly appreciate it if you could please explain to me how your light meter works, and what readings are you looking for? i'm a textbook amateur, and i've recently started playing light effects. i know it's ghetto, but i've been using a regular desklamp with different opaque filters. i've also recently starting playing with different wattages and softer bulbs. i want to utilize the lighting effects on my car, or any object larger than a basketball, so one of these days i may invest in a larger lamp.. could you tell me what youre using, and what you'd recommend?
