I went straight through Japan on these rims. The co-owner of one of the shops here knows some people at SSR. I waited 3 weeks to get the right set up and powder coated black. This was a special order. Ask the tire shop if you can special order them. Usually they only come in gold, white and silver. Let me know how it goes.

I may or may not paint my trunk black to match the hood and wheels.
If you do decide to paint the trunklid I think a black hardtop would tie it all together a little better than the yellow one. But maybe that's just me . Let us know what you decide.

The car looks even better in real life. Chris, JDM, came over to my house while we were having a small bbq with some friends. He parks his car next to my white s2k and boy did "we" turn a lot of heads that afternoon. Yeah, everyone walking by wannted to know what kind of car his was and why was it parked next to the "washing machine white Honda" heh. But I must say his car is the shiznitz. There is another car in Hawaii, silver one with the cwest kit on it and the carbon fiber hood also, but it just doesnt look right after you see the spa yellow one with the black SSRs. good job on the car Chris, i will see you at Boston's later this morning.
