Yep - rolled all 4 as suggested I can't wait to take it to the track -- after wearing off the mold release on the tires, the new setup has so much more grip. I'm def. more aggressive on the power -- gradually applying it before I even hit the apex. I love grip!
Still worried about the non-staggered setup tho -- i wonder how much more oversteer I've introduced.
I'm on Bilstein PSS9s -- dropped about 1.5". Thanks.

You'll absolutely love this on track and if you ever get too much oversteer, simply remove the rear swaybar and you'll be okay.
A good alignment will serve you well too. If you are in LA I would suggest WestEnd for the job.
