Why cant we all just get along...hahaha I bet if he was you close friend you would still have respect. People worry too much about stupid stuff!
It has nothing to do with friendship. The s2000 is a car which should be modified tastefully. Buying parts of low quality degrade the car. But hey, its his car and like I mentioned earlier, it looks nice for the most part.

I'd work on getting the parts to fit properly though.
You just proved my point with this statement.

I am not a fan a knockoff parts. Your car looks nice for the most part but I have lost any respect because of the imitation parts you have.
Well, I guess we're all entitled to our opinions...too bad you come off as a total snob in expressing yours. And only after 8 days of joining our boards.

It's amazing, you know. Around here, ANY post about Rotas (or any "knockoff" for that matter) is bound to be pages worth of senseless elitist crap about why the S should only have so-called "authentic" parts on it. All the while forgetting the fact that it's still just a Honda at the end of the day...and that it's somebody else's car, and not our own.

Good god.

I was just stating an opinion since it is a public forum. I do not understand how anyone can defend a knockoff product

And at the same time, I can not understand why anybody would want to bash knockoffs, especially if that's what the owner WANTS to use.

All I'm saying is if it looks and feels the way an owner wants, then it shouldn't matter if it's a knockoff or an authentic part.
