Default few pics from a car show/drift show

it was hard to take the rolling shots.. it was so friggin cold and i kept shaking and had trouble panning the lens smoothly =X

anyways, here's a few shots i thought i'd share

Good stuff Costas. Your photos have a very unique look to them. The colors, contrast, etc. Is that all done with Photoshop? I'd be really interested in seeing the process you use, as well as an untouched photo or two to see what they started life as.

i reccomend using shutter priority at around 1/80th of a second and just panning along with the action. it takes some practice to get decent results out of it. just keep your elbows on your sides and twist your waiste as the cars go by. if you get good, you can start using 1/60th of a second to get even more motion blur.
