I'm guessing you have a Windows PC so:
1. Right click the pic, go to "Properties", and highlight and copy (Control+C) the web address.
2. Come back to the forum and use the IMG tags:
[img] web address here [ / img] with no spaces anywhere. Now press submit and you're ready to post pics!
If you use a Mac to "right click" you use the Ctrl+Mouse click I think, been a long time since I had my iMac
