I've got a huge soft spot for white Regamasters, and you've mounted some on my favorite color!

still, why stretch that tire so much. who cares what car its goin on, putting a 215 on a 9" wide rim is retarded. i have 265 on a 9.5" wide rim, and they look a bit small

why didnt he just buy a 7" rim or a 245 minimum tire?

i dont know. it maybe a 240sx thing
plus in order for his set up to work on the s14 he had to stretch the tires. he is running -3.5 camber on the rear so +18 would work. i forgot how much in the front though. but in all, he likes it that way and thats how it should be. make your car to your own specs. plus he drifts that car in events and enjoys the tires stretched going sideways.

definitely not just a 240 thing... it is extremely popular in the Euroean/VW scene to run stretched tires on low offset wide wheels (preferably with a couple of inches of dish). If the drop is right, finding the right stretch/poke wit the wheels creates a pretty aggressive stance.
