I'm tellin ya, this car looks awesome! I got to see it in person last Sat and man it looks 10 times better in person. I am thinking of doing it myself but not sure how it would look on red. I saw it done once on a yellow and it looked amazing!

Congrats on another great mod Sideways. You will have to let us know how the new SC will work on 10:1 compression!

Thanks guys, I'm real happy with them too.
I passed my first police close look going home Saturday after leaving Crystal Cove. I was motoring with Ivan in his S
up PCH and did a little wind-it-up and change lanes. Looked in the rearview mirror and saw a red and blue light bar on a Blazer jump in behind me. The lights were not on. I slowed down to the speed limit quickly without braking. He stayed behind me for a couple of miles, a nice Saturday morning Newport Beach Police
escort if you will. TTFN

If you like it, that's cool with me, I'm glad someone tried it.

That being said... It's definitely not for me though, looks too ghetto. Like a 'stang with tinted taillights.

I did something similar with my Civic Si when I had it. I bought it used, but it came with Altezza tails. Unfortunately the previous owner didn't provide the factory tail lights with the car and I couldn't find any OEM tail lights for under $300 for the set. So I tinted them with Krylon Stained Glass Spraypaint. It looked great, similar to Sideway's tailights, but was a little too dark for me.
