I am sure the active camber control system that car has will make it superior to all the AWD systems available currently.

I've seen this car before. This is an older concept design, and I wasn't aware MB had any plans to actually follow through with production. Even if they did, it would more than likely yield little to no profit for them, but rather be a demonstration of their technology.
