That looks sweet...like most of the people watching this thread, I can't wait to see them installed...

Have you figured out how you're going to handle the transition from the chrome part to the plastic part? (cover, tape, paint, etc.)

I bouught the entire assembly from Stratocaster, unmolested covers with the rollbars inside, and now he wants them back...

I havent decided what to use to visually separate the chrome and unpainted plastic parts. I looked through the McMaster-Carr catalog at work looking for some extruded rubber trim and didnt have much luck. Does anyone have an idea where I can look for something like this?

With rollhoops like that, how will you feel safe driving it with the top down? I'd down small pebbles on the freeway and use my face to block ones that fly through evasive manuevers.
