Default C-WEST KIT

i have recently purchased a c-west kit and talked to a body man about installing it and painting it. he told me i need to get the sides and the 2 add back pieces molded on. is this true? or can i get away with just gettin them put on without molding them?

Any advice would be greatful.

Thanks
Justin!

the rears might have to be molded, don't see why the sides need to be molded... they can connect from the sides with screws...

If its an original kit then no molding is needed for any pieces. If you have a "style" kit that may be a different story. Dont know though.

Every rear set(original or replica) I've ever seen had a gap. I have a set of C-West rears that I have yet to install because of the gap. I'm molding mine on over the winter.

I too have the complete kit and have not installed the tail peace's because of the gaps.
I also plan to have it all molded on for a cleaner look, otherwise everything else fit ok

They do have gaps do to vibration on the road. Just tighten the screws and it will go away. I have yet to tighten them.
