Default Bulb help!

I just got some D2S bulbs to replace the halogens someone put in my s2k before I got it. Anyway, I am taking out the old bulbs and see that the connector looks like something from a wall socket. Obviously the connection isn't matching for the D2S bulb. I'm not a headlight master and I'm freaking out. It looks like they were spliced in at the wiring for the connector.

How screwed am I? Any place where I can buy a connector for these...quickly!

Please look at the pics I took. I know they are crappy, but its all I have.

Thanks

Are you sure? Did you have to remove the off-white circle shaped cover to access that bulb? Why in the hell would someone go from HID to halogen?

I thought they just didn't replace the headlight correctly. It looked like it wasn't producing enough light at certain times. I just recently went on a caravan and the person in front of me told me that they were not the HID's. So I put an order in and just got them.

I don't see many s2k's at night. So I didn't really have a comparison to notice how badly mine sucked.

do ur lights "flicker" when u first turn them on? if so, then you have HIDs.

are you sure that you arent pulling the high beam bulb instead of the low beam?

something doesnt sound right.

They definately don't "flicker". I just have to wait until morning to pull the thing apart again and see what my mistake was. Hopefully I figure it out cause it is driving me nuts.

I'll post comparison pictures too once and if I get them in. That way all you s2kers can see what misery i've had with these halogens.

well I figured out what the situation is. There is no ballasts and they put the same bulb (H1) as the high beam in as a low and re wired it to work. Time to hunt for ballasts now
