The ride was awe-inspiring for a lot of different reasons. I got a chance to talk with Kanayama-San about tuning in America vs. Japan, how he believes S2000 tuning should be done, how ASM is viewed upon in the states, and a few other things. Luckily I speak Japanese fluently enough to hold a decent conversation so we actually got to talk in depth and I now have a very high admiration towards ASM. Kanayama-San could not have been a better host and truly went out of his way to make my visit worthwhile. Before I left he gave me a very special gift and simply asked that I not sell it... It

Sweet man!
A friend of mine and me had a similar experience about 1 year ago.
Ever since I'm admiring ASM's work and dedication even more than before.
Talking with Kanayama-san was interesting and inspiring. You are lucky though to speak Japanese, so you could exchange details more precisely.

on their blog it says they are still testing and evaluating 17 vs 18 for this years' Tsukuba car
