Got any sound clips? Just curious. I am going to try to find somewhere to make a clip of mine tomorrow. If I do it in my neighborhood they would probably burn my house down

That looks EXACTLY like the Speed N1 Version2 exhaust, only Ti

The N1 Ver2 has no resonator of any kind and the muffler looks identical to yours.

I can't imagine anything being louder than the R1000...

I listened to a couple of clips last night of the R1000 and I think it would be a close race. Mine sounds deeper but it seemed to scream a little shriller at high rpm's.

I think I am going to keep the exhaust. Does anyone have a 4" (100mm) silencer that they want to sell? I haven't had much luck online and the only one on ebay says 2 weeks to ship I posted a wtb in the fs forum but not getting any hits. I'm going to go make a sound clip movie tomorrow at work of the exhaust and post it up for those that want to hear it.

Five pounds is great. How long do you think you can drive it without getting stopped for noise?

I find myself driving very conservative and trying to minimize volume just to avoid tickets and I'm running the quieter dual Amuse. With a single you will get every cops attention for a mile or so.

How is it at a constant 3000 rpm with minimum throttle? Does it have any quiet points, like safety zones you can enter when the cops are arround ?

Good luck

Oh yeah, you can pretty much make it silent when you want to. It's only really bad when you take off from 1-3k rpm's and then from 3-4k it's fine but after that it sounds like you mean business. I am looking for a silencer to take care of that on my commute. I don't think I'll have a problem, hopefully, but I'd still like to get a silencer on there just in case.

It's pretty hard to it up. It's 3 bolts and a gasket. The exhaust is loud because it's a single full titanium exhaust with 1mm thick walls and no resonator--has nothing to do with installation. It sounds like I have an uncapped header because basically I do.
