Hahahaha right on Mav, I thought of that too... now seriously to find a buyer for my current bodywork =P

Diez, if you don't mind me asking, do you have a figure for what the metal work and finishing work on the fenders cost you?

I'd be interested to see if that was a more financially reasonable alternative to the more costly and fragile carbon fiber setups out there.
Hey man!

Well, a few people have asked me about the fenders, seat upholstery, rear interior aluminum panels, and stuff. They bill me for the total time and costs so I'd have to wait till I get the bill to see how much exactly each of these elements were. However, as I've told other people, these guys' prices are going to be much higher than your regular upholstery, body, or fabrication shop. They are used to clients that essentially give them "carte blanche" to restore classic Ferraris and such with little regard for cost... So... its sort of not worth it for them to "deal" etc... Especially since they have tons of projects they're working on... But, I will check when I get the bill and give you numbers. If you could please PM me so I can remember who to respond to!

You might consider adding new pics on whatever page the thread is on instead of adding them to you original post on page one. Takes forever to load all the pics. Just add a note on the original post when you add new pics to the thread and say what page they are on. Anyways, car looks amazing

Well put. I agree that here is an innate feel of quality to higher-end merchandise that a lot of people have a hard time understanding until they get their hands on them in person themselves.

Even then, some people just aren't as concerned (or even notice) the details

I love how you put that Diez, but I have a suggestion. Learn Japanese!!!!!! Go to Japan, and start following around Tanabe-San from Amuse around in your car until he gives you parts for free.
