Default 1st Attempt @ night pictures.

I'm no photographer by any means but like taking pictures and made a good attempt tonite to snap some pix.

Keep the technique flames to a min

white balace is off on #s 1, 2, 3, and 7. try finding a parking garage first to practice shooting in white light rather than incandescent yellow. you have the right idea with using a tripod at least without flash and with long shutter, but i think location is key for night shots until you get good with editing and technique.

in addition to all this, white is a PITA to shoot at night since most of the time, you don't get the true color of it. if you edit pics, edit the background independent of the car. when you do get to the car, try to desaturate is to get a more true white color while keeping the lenses/side markers etc...unselected.

imho, carbonxevo8's edits are not what you want your pics to turn out like. doing a simple desaturate on the entire pic doesn't fix white balance.

no it doesnt fix the white balace but it does help make the pic look a little more clear
