SCC reviewed your car and said it shined at being uncomfortable. would you agree with their statement considering you built your car to be streetable?
Streetable is relative to the driver. I agree my car is not comfortable like a suv or lexus, but we mod our S2ks for performance mostly and that's what I did. To me the car is streetable because it is registered legally and I drive it on the street occasionally.

By the way, I didn't do the SCC challenge to win the comfort award review. I did it to be the fastest in the article.

Coudn't you just modify your dip stick to accept zip ties, and tie the sucker down??
Sounds like an easy solution to me.....

Cool Thanks for the reply. I wonder about the oil though It would be interesting to hear what the compression numbers are.

I hope this solves the problem! Keep us posted. Blow by is a problem that I've been struggling with all this time. I want to be able to run the car for more than 30 minutes without loosing a quart of oil.

I did a compression test dry and when the engine was cold. The numbers were 220 psi across the board. I know I should have let the car warm up and put a drop of oil in each cylinder (according to some folks) for higher numbers but 220 psi cold tells me the motor is healthy with little to no blow by.

Agreed. Those numbers sound healthy!

Hopefully one of these days we'll run into each other. Till then best of luck bro!

Yeah, definitely need to hang out sometime. I need driving lessons from a pro like yourself.
