Alex, i have a newbee question will the fender brace really works? I am pretty sure on the track but what about on the streets?
BTW where did you get that cluster?

If the issue with 2.2L reving past 8500rpms is Valve floating, then I have dual valve springs and titanium retainers to help with that.
If the issue is piston speed, then I can't do much to change that. An ap2 at 8500 rpms is about the same piston speed as an ap1 at 9k rpms. There have been some reports of ap1 having a higher rev limit at 9500 rpms, so I'm not two worried about my 2.2L going another 200 revs.

Alex, there isn't really any more power to be make on the 2.2 about 8400-8500 rpms, at least that's what tuners tell me. Valve float isn't an issue either, as the AP1 head will do 10k+ rpms before floating.
