Both sensors have a Red/black wire, make sure your not on the sensor at the top of the throttle body.

It should be that top Red/Black one, push the button on the NMU, hold the pedal down for ten seconds until it starts flashing green, turn the NMU off, turn back on and should be solid green.

Leave the throttle body alone. Go insulate all the wiring you just hacked up trying to check voltages. It looks like a rat has been chewing on them.
You will need to use either APP sensor A or sensor B input wires on the APP sensor.
The APP sensor can be found be following the throttle cable from the firewall, in is under a black cover on the left inner fender.
There will be a 6 pin connector. The 2 wire colors to check are red/yel and red/blue.
Each one of these wires are sensor inputs to the PCM. Either one should work. Do not short them together.
You will need to use either APP sensor A or sensor B input wires on the APP sensor.
