Question Wierd Idling Problem

I havent driven my car in a few days, I get into it today and after a few minutes of driving the RPMS in Neutral will rise to 3000RPMS and stay there, kind of luck when I had a bad TPS sensor (I checked the TPS, Voltage is fine) and while I am at a stop it jumps from 1,000-1500 like I am revving it, what the hell could it be? I do hear some occasional whistling, but I tightened my BOV and all the vacuum lines are connected. at WOT it holds BOOST fine and spools normal, no CEL's no stalling just very jumpy IDLE

Anyone have any ideas?

yeah, very annoying I dunno what changed, I mean under load car runs fine, AFR wise etc, just very wierd idling, hasnt thrown a CEL code so who the F--- knows........... Waiting on ,y wheels cant even enjoy Son of a bitch.......

Maybe its an E-manage problem with a temp change I have no idea, if I blip the throttle it idle normal for a few seconds then jumps around again

I used to get that occasionally on my emanage blue even my EMS does it once in a random blue moon (though not nearly as frequently). I just hit the thorttle and it goes back to normal. Now if yours is constantly doing it, I have no idea as mine was rare and random at best.
