My AFR gauge bung is welded to my test pipe, in FRONT (closer to the front of the car) of the stock secondary o2 sensor. It is also tilted 20 degrees as recommended by AEM. Make sure it's 3" to 4" away from the stock o2 sensor. Any closer, when you try to mount it, you will see there is a big crossbrace in your way, and it won't fit.

Found my photos....
The black wired sensor is the AFR gauge.
See that black brace? That is what you are in danger of hitting. I didn't know about it, but luckily, I had about 1/4" to spare. Any closer to the stock O2 sensor, and it would not have fit. Look at my photo, and mount yours another 2" further down the pipe closer tot he turbo.

Yes, the AFR bung must be welded BEFORE the cat, not after it. Do not weld it to your headers/downpipe. The closer you get to your motor, the more jumpy the reading will become.

Will keep everyone posted on the progress with this. Talked with Berk via PM and sent an E mail, but I think I am going to give them a call this afternoon, as I really want to get one next week and they are local to me.
