380WHP Without the Gay Headgasket@12Psi!

If you wanna lower your compression do it like a REAL MAN, Get some Low Comp Pistons some RODS and Up the Boost and get 600WHP!

Anything else is GAY!

Sorry for my attitude but that just my 0.2 cents!
lol... I guess that I'll have the last laugh though since I have a GAY headgasket and my car is faster than yours just by running off of my WASTEGATE spring and on low boost. Your car is boosting almost double the psi and is making only 30 hp more... and I'm on 9:1 compression with a GAY headgasket.

And all the other turbo guys running a HG must be gay as well as they'd embarrass your car... I guess being GAY has it's advantages eh?

Make moronic responses and you get them back in return

I've mixed in Toulene to bring up octane when needed...works quite well and it's el cheapo hombre.
I wanted my car to run like it was turbocharged from the factory. I don't have to use fuel additives. I don't have to tinker with fuel maps or cringe when I go full throttle. Frankly, I don't even think about my modifications, I just drive the car, fill it up with 93 octane gas, and change the oil.

Thank you, InlinePRO.

I personally think the headgasket would be a bad idea to take out. could our motors handle than compression with turbo???? doesn't that seem a bit too much??? I know for a fact the motor won't last long and will give many problems.

Eri - Drop the smack talk.

Just because you and your friends choose to do things one way does not mean that any other way is 'gay'.

This is an internet forum about FI S2000s. Not a place to brag about how big your e-penis is.

Slim - NO PERSONAL ATTACKS.

If a statement is moronic then call the statement moronic. Simple as that. Attack the ball not the player.

And whether or not the person is a moron it is against the rules here to point it out.

Can you provide evidence? Otherwise, your statement is moronic.

Come on guys. It's simple tuning that the higher the compression the less timing and more and better fuel you will need to keep below the detonation threshold and avoide damaging your engine.

I can tell you for a fact that my engine didn't like 20 psi, normal compression and fuel and timing for 8 psi. Hence my rebuild.

I chose to go with the 3mm headgasket because it gave me a much bigger safety envelope for fuel quality, timing and fuel. Not because of any sexual preference.

i say anything is possible with proper tuning. There have been cars that have ran w/o HG and is still operational, sometimes u get a lemon sometimes, sometimes you don't. Sure, with the HG you can lower the risk of being a lemon but if it's possible then it's possible.
