Where to buy muffler?
Where did you guys get the muffler itself at such? I'm going to do a custom 3" exhaust pipe into the muffler because its cheaper than paying for a full name brand exhaust and works the same way. If you could recommend a good shop in so-cal and estimated cost that would be cool as well.

Megan has a nice looking turbo muffler with 3in inlet. I believe it's around 80 dollars. Ebay has them

I don't - I'm running a different setup (3" single with Tanabe muffler) but I was just offering a quick and easy solution

Not yet, I'm waiting for my car to be finished with the install. I should have it back sometime this week! I will get clips though.
I believe it was custom done - I bought it used along with my kit. It actually goes through a catalytic converter shell so it "looks" legal It's 3" all the way though. All the piping is painted black and the muffler looks badass as well. I'll get some shots/clips as soon as I get my car back!
EDIT: I forgot that I took some pics when I received my packages.

I personally purchased the megan turbo muffler. 3" inlet 4" outlet with silencer. I don't have a sound clip or anything like that. It was around 100 dollars on there website. I honestly don't care much how it sounds as long as it flows properly. If it gets annoying yo ucan always swap it out for something else and sell it. Thats what I will do if its to "ricey"

justin: looks really good. don't know if you read the post on my dogs, lets just say they will never get that close to my car or parts
ChefJ: I would rather be able to find an exhaust that I can drive and not be annoyed of. if you have a sound clip i'd appreciate it.

Ha... I haven't seen it. Got a link handy? My dog is nuts - he always tries to jump up onto my car with his front paws - he's nearly 70 pounds! Luckily he hasn't trashed any car parts yet, but he's chewed numerous other things
