Default what temps are you guys running?

after the turbo install and tune, my average amount of bars on my oem temp gauge is 8 when crusing or sitting during these hot ass summer months in florida.

i am planning on getting a Koyo rad in sept and a 1680 cfm 15" spal fan.
but until then, is this normal/expected with oem rad and fans?

When I am stuck in traffic my AEM, hooked up to my laptop tells me 185F, usually 180F, I have yet to hit 190

The bars on my dash are all out of whack (been this way for years), but I run a Mishimoto Radi, Spoon radiator cap and OEM fans...........

I think yours is reading a tad low.

There is no way, in the summer that we are having, that your radiator fans have never turned on especially in stop and go traffic.

OP, your car should be running 190 - ~205F ideally. Never any hotter but could be cooler depending on how fast you are going / ambient temps / etc

I think the manual states what each bar represents.

I have an AP1 so I couldn't tell you...
