What size pulley for vortech and where?

The use of a front mounted intercooler would drop the boost enough you would never see 14 psi.
A 3.8 inch pulley & 9300 rpm red line would yield an impeller speed of 53,000. Power starts to drop off and excessive heat is produced beyond that with the S trim.
The stock cooler is a good unit. I'm using it slightly ported at 19 psi.
Tuning is different with the supercharger liking the V-tec lowered to the 3800-4500 rpm range.
We should go back on topic now.

ok, just got the aem ems, walbro 255, 4.25 asp pulley, just waiting for a deal on the injectors...
does it matter if i get 1000cc? i guess if i wanted to go higher boost in the future, the 1000cc would be a better choice?
also, what map sensor should i get? or is it not needed?

Is that a 10 psi pulley? Just pick up a Hondata or SOS MAP sensor and will be set.
