Ive been runnin on 438hp for almost four years. I have a built rear end and the tranny has never failed me. I do mostly roll on pulls and I think thats the key to a healthy trans but as others have said it break under lesser loads.

I would look to drop that turbo and opt for a gt30x or 5857 if they no longer blow there seals. Maybe a hair larger since your car has a bigger motor, . I would run it up to around 500 or 20-21psi but no higher what ever comes first.

Thanks for the advice. I've already picked up a 5857 (apparently PT fixed the issue with the seals).

I'm only planning on running around 400whp.

I am 3300 miles away from home right now for work and my job requires reliable transportation also...............I brought my CR-V. Car is at home under a cover.

That's fair. So is the collective opinion that an S2000 with a built motor and diff wouldn't be a reliable DD at around 350whp?

I say tune for high 400s and go easy on 2nd gear the weakest link.
