what header are you using with your superchargered s2k. thinking about getting headers but want to know if any of them will benefit and really get some horses. any particular brand which is good with FI?

I'm running a Comptech 4-1. A good header will help with mid range or top end. Some provide more mid range, others more top end. Toda and the J's SPL are good headers as well.

what numbers were you making with stock header? and what exhaust system are you running?

I was at 332 with a stock header/tp/70mm single but made several upgrades/downgrade at the time of the header install/dyno, so hard to tell. I feel the header negated any loss my stock exhaust would suck up. Click my sig for details.

I've got Fujitsubo Headers..and to be honest, idk if i gained anything, maybe not much, not something you can feel with bolt-ons on our car.. ohw ell i saved weight!@

I'm using the Mugen header that I had since I was NA. It reportly gives a boost to midrange power. Honestly, can't say that the header made any significant difference.

Sincerely, In my opinion STAY AWAY FROM A HEADER.

I was making 389 WHP with Comptech and stock header. After I installed the J's the first thing we noted,was that with out touching the program the car was running leaner after the J's. Long story short the final numbers were 400 WHP and I sincerely doubt it was because of the header. I think it was the extra amount of fine tunning. So for 11 more WHP its not worth it!!

I also did a heap o mods at once so dunno if it did anything....sounds nice.. looks pretty.....shiney........weighs a bunch less
