Default Vortech Kit

My stock kit was running lean (stock s2000 otherwise) so I installed the 12:1 recal. kit awhile ago.

Just got back from dyno:

Lost 14hp and lost about 12tq at the wheels
I'm running about .5 point richer now across the whole band compared to the stock Vortech kit.

1. Does it sound right to lose that much power from adding .5 fuel?
2. Does it sound about right to only gain .5 point by going from the stock 10:1 to the 12:1?
3. Is there any way to get a richer afr without going to piggyback or standalone? I think the most aggressive disc Vortech makes is 12:1 I'm scared of losing even more power but don't want to be running this lean.

My dyno numbers are now 300whp and 180tq (roughly)

On a very important note...this it NOT the same dyno as I got my previous results of 314hp and 191tq so I understand there could be some differences in that alone.

Thanks for any advice!

You are following my footsteps, only a year and a half later.Stock vortech was extremely lean(14.1).I then installed 12.1 recalibration kit and it then dropped af ratio to approx 13.1.Still too lean.I then installed a vafc2 and added 10% fuel from 6k on and then was able to stay at 12.5 or richer.Ive been running this setup for 15k with no issues.Heres a look at my dyno sheet after all tuning was completed.Once the aem piggyback is proven reliable and worthy ill be swapping over to that.
