Update - Turbo Leaking

Yes from the pan. The oil level is fine on the car. With the oil in the tennis ball container, the marker was around the L on the dipstick. After seeing this, I'm going to remove the oil pan this weekend and tap it where Inline Pro recommends to do it. Hopefully that resolves the issue.

Update:
Switched the location of the turbo drain and it seems the leak has stopped for now at least. I mounted it in the front of the pan. The only problem I saw was that I couldn't make the turbo fitting attachment to the pan vertical since it will hit the serpentine belt. So I kinda put it at a 80 degree angle. I would imagine gravity would still push it down and with no resistance, it should flow without issues.
Also checked out my intercooler piping going to the intake manifold and found no oil residue. So the leaking looks like it was just going to the manifold/downpipe. I will test the smoking issue one of these days by doing a WOT run.
On a side note, had my retainers done a few weeks ago and when I drained the oil to switch out the pan, look what I found. Called the mechanic and asked him if he had dropped anything while doing the job and he mentioned he did but thought it went outside the car since he couldnt find anything in the engine. Then he tells me that he is glad nothing happened and luckily they are so small that they just drop and dont do any damage. I thought it was very shaddy since he never told me he had dropped anything during the retainer swap. I would imagine any loose metal inside the engine is a risk. Just be careful out there who you take your car too.
