I'm thinking somewhere about 13- 14 psi on the stock engine.
I have the ARP headstuds and 2mm Cometic headgasket but I'm a liitle reluctant to use them, too many stories of blown hg's and the 3mm IP hg reduces the CR too much for this turbo.

I also want to run the Aquamist alcohol injection system, but haven't decided yet.

I sold the 550's that came with the kit and got some 650's. I was originally going to use them with the T518z, before I found out about the GT30 upgrade. Otherwise I would've got some 750's. But the 650's should be ok.

Yeah, I know - sometimes these mods seem to take too long...

Sorry guys, havent had the car up to take some photos. Had the car on a quick dyno run and actually lost midrange with a testpipe and 3" bellmouth. Just had no back pressure down low. Made the same power top end. I should be going back tomorow or the following day for a quick touch up tune to see if we can get some midrange and some top end. Will let you know how I go.

Interesting how you lost midrange!
Hopefully the re-tune will take care of that.
Cool, we'll be looking forward to your re-tune.
Thanks for sharing.

What do you think the max psi would be for this turbo... I heard of gt30's putting out 20 psi or does the internal wastgate not enable for that high of boost??? I was hoping to do a 3mm HG and boost to 16-20psi... Is that not practical for this setup..

When I was got my standard greddy kit, my tuner said all else equal, by switching from a cat to a straight pipe, I would sacrifice low end torque for top end power.

New manifold similar to the original greddy SUS one but slightly larger and extrnal wastegate flange, Tial 38mm external wastegate, screamer pipe on its way from the US. Should have it ready end of August. Should be interesting and successful......I hope
