Will post pics after I pick the car up this afternoon. Hopefully they still have it up on the lift. Killed my HFC, doh! I was running rich at one point so maybe that did it or maybe the E85. Oh well testpipe it is.

Sorry couldnt take any pics, car was off the lift. Ill lift the car up on the forklift tomorrow and snap a few pics. Butt dyno says that the car is a lot more responsive, feels like it spools at least a few hundred rpm sooner and feels a lot smoother. Ill dyno it on a dynodynamics next week.

EngineerX thanks for the help.

Just to clarify, do the GT30 series turbos have the same exact Turbine Outlet 5 bolt pattern as the T518Z Greddy turbo?

If so, I can use the flanges you suggested.
& GT30 upgrade guys will be able to use the greddy DP.

thanks again,
Ed

Check this out... A little pricey @ $115 but if you add flange+transition+90* bend
45+18+36 = 99 + welding then $115 starts to look better. You would have to cut the flange and weld another bend + straight to make a dpipe out of it
70MM TURBINE OUTLET ELBOW FOR STOCK TURBO OR STOCK REPLACEMENT TURBO, ALSO FITS TRUST T517Z/T518Z TURBOS

There have been some that tried and the clocking is off which causes clearance issues.

I know that there were some that tried to fit them from SS Auto Chrome

I went to the FRSport shop, the guys there were nice enough to let me test fit the Megan dpipe -Confirmed what dsddcd said: The clocking of the SR20DET dpipe does not work. The dpipe doesn't clear the transmission bellhousing / engine block

Also the Megan downpipe is really crappy. The bellmouth is hammered into shape and the flange is horrible.

If you look at the Greddy T518Z turbo position and how the dpipe should be oriented, it seems that the orientation is a good match.
Check out this Photochop image I made - follow the arrows from hole to hole and notice the way the SR20DET dpipe is oriented

I'm not too familiar with SR20DET setups, but if the header is similar as the S2000, by that I mean if it is a header top - turbo bottom layout, then the flange and dpipe should be similar to the S2000. The big HOWEVER is that the header on a S13 is on the driver's side so the dpipe might "lean" to "wrong side" of the car, relative to the S2000. The header for a Sentra like in this pic, may be a better match

In this pic, the dpipe seems to be fairly straight, so it may work.. but the problem is that pics don't really give you the exact alignment. One other thing is that the SR20DET dpipe appears to have a 90-degree bend, the S2000 dpipe is more like 45 or 60 degrees. It might be better to fab it from the ATP flange and oval-round transition afterall....

s2kadl any update on the pics

Also I found another flange on ATP's website that will also work for the DP.

My tuner ordered the flange & oval to round transition. Once it's fabbed up I will post some pics.

Nice find! and it's Stainless!

Definitely post pics of your dpipe once finished, or even during its fab work

I posted new pics at the bottom of the first post : dpipe mock-up.
Swaintech takes forever, they told me the GT30 housing will be shipping the 1st week of July.

Some more goodies delivered today
- 3" stainless V-band set (OBX brand $45 shipped from tuningdepot @ eBay)
- 2.75" 300cpi metallic core cataltic converter

I'm going to use a 3" v-band at the dpipe / cat junction

2.75" Magnaflow metallic core catalytic converter. I'll weld it to the 3-bolt flange to mate with the cat-back and to the 3" v-band on the dpipe side

Updated!
Test-fitted GT30 without WG-actuator = OK
Test-fitted GT30 with WG-actuator = Not OK! ran into clearance issue, actuator hits the engine block.
I'll need to modify the bracket and weld an arm extension to the actuator rod

New pics on post #2 at beginning of thread.

Finally got delivery of the mandrel bends. Now I can start measuring and cutting the pipes for the dpipe.
I found a very well-priced vendor, they're suppliers to the pneumatic conveyor industry. The pipes are made of very high quality SS304, the bends are not perfect, there are some minor wrinkles but nothing that will affect exhaust flow. For downpipe use, the wrinkles are really not an issue, specially when you get them at 1/3 the price of most other vendors.

$21.20 for a 90* 304 stainless steel bend
Global Technology and Engineering
When I placed the order on the website, shipping was a little on the high side ~ $28, but when I got their invoice by email, the shipping charges were a very reasonable $15.50
