the torque numbers are great. i really doubt that the pfab manifold is holding you back. it's the stock exhaust that's holding you back from more gains. get a 3 inch single exit exhaust and pick up another map sensor and increase the boost.

pfab manifold is just a straight tube that doesnt direct the air downward to escape . the stock greddy manifold has inlets directing the air out .

regardless, they're both log manifolds. you can hit 280+ whp, just get rid of the stock exhaust. 3 inch down pipe and 3 inch exhaust should get you there.

well something is wrong. I spoke to greddy today they told me that it should be about 285hp just bolted on, no other upgrades. why would they design a kit or who would buy a kit that costs 6000 dollars that would only give 40-50 hp? That doesnt make sense , something must be wrong.

so i went from 271whp to 230whp @ ~7.5psi after a retune with the PFAB replacement manifold. Other mods are TIR Dual 70MM with AEM EMS. i checked the oil level after the tune and it was fine. Im gonna do a compression check to check the overall health of the motor (114k). any ideas why i lost power? it looks like i lose power at vtec?
im about to give up on this kit.
look at this case brian after the pfab manifold installation

285 hp to the flywheel, sure but not to the wheels. again, get the 3 inch down pipe, 3 inch single exit exhaust and pick up another map sensor to increase the boost. change the turbo manifold if you'd like but i don't see it as the culprit for robbing power top end. again, the stock exhaust is holding you back big time.

i wouldn't doubt that you can hit 280+ whp but i'm just letting you know that it's going to be very very difficult to make any more gains with a stock exhaust. changing the turbo manifold to another log manifold is not going to yield any more gains.

and remember that all dynos read differently. you were tuned on a dynocom. who knows what kind of power you'll see on a dynojet. at the end of the day they're just numbers.
