Update!!! Guys I happy to say that I finally got my aem ems 1052 yesterday. I went ahead and installed it last night! along with the base 1052 map. I started the car and everything seems to be running like stock exhaust note is deeper! I plan on being very easy with it till a good tune! This week I plan to install the head gasket and continue the turbo install from there! Any input and advice is greatly appreciated! I can't wait to turbo the s2k!

Parts still needed


rc 750cc injectors (ordered)
6 puck stage 3 racing clutch ACT

Current mods on the car

short ram intake, berks test pipe, spec d tuning single exhaust, 255 walbro fuel pump.

bump.bump. Im shooting for 14-15psi! Im going to see what happens with 2.5 inch piping... I hope to get 400whp! I will try sometime this week to see if I can have my intercooler piping 3 inch. otherwise I will go with what I got. Wish me luck! All advice and help is greatly appreciated

Update: Turbo kit installed! Going to weld dp flange today and bolt up test pipe. waiting on 3 bar map sensor, Next is tune! I'll keep you posted!

Ok guys I installed turbosmart mbc, and dp is welded on now! everything is installed and ready to go except for the the 3 bar map sensor..

I plan to run 14-15psi when the 3 bar map sensor is installed! What is the most I can boost on stock clutch? I plan to get a ACT 6 puck clutch in the near future! All help is greatly appreciated! Please let me know asap because tune should be sometime this week! Thanks!

Even if I don't have any good advice to give you, I really like reading your thread. Nice setup you got there.
I have the ILP kit coming my way anytime soon(just waiting for Chris to ship it out).
One thing in common is the "small" turbine housing. I have the .48 coming too. So I am very intrested in your experiences with it. (My turbo will be the gt3076r)
