Default Turbo build

I'm sorta a noob when it comes to boost..
I decided to pull the trigger and go FI.
So far I have,
Revhard manifold
50 trim with garret internals
2.5 downpipe
And walbro 255 fuel pump.
What do I need in order to make atleast 400whp

injectors (id1000s), engine management (aem ems), waste gate, blow off valve, charge pipes, intercooler, oil feed and return, map sensor, boost solenoid (not a nessesity but recommended), clutch, a good tuner(this is huge), and some extra cash for whatever might come up

If you're planning on cutting corners and making compromises, don't bother boosting the car. You'll end up spending twice as much as you hoped to save.

I also was running the rev hard manifold with a gt30/76 and the Tial 38mm waste gate with 12lbs spring. it only put out 370whp on the dyno jet. wanted to up the boost but my tuner said it can not be done safely on pump gas with this manifold so i use e85 and up the boost to 15psi and it did 420whp. I swap out the rev hard manifold one month later for a Full-Race pro street. i put out 495whp with the same boost. trust me, if you want more than 400whp on pump gas get a different manifold and ID 1000 injectors. 550cc is too small for that kinda power

Wow thank you for the heads up! I don't wanna run that high of boost tho I'm still on stock motor lol. I jus wanted to run 400whp for high boost and 300-350 for low

This motor is crazy strong. Quite a few cars running completely stock over 600hp. You goals won't put a dent in it, unless tuned wrong. I would strongly recommend saving up and getting a better manifold. It'll allow you to reach your power goal more efficiently and with ease (like stated above). Not saying that big power hasn't been made on a log, it just takes more effort. Definitelly don't waste your time with 550's. Just save for FIC or ID1000's. Your goals are low, but I guarantee you'll want more after like 3 weeks so give yourself room to grow.
