hahah sorry, i just looked at the title and went off.

cutting the hood would be the cheapest solution instead of buying a vented hood. its a great way to vent out heat. the turbo blanket can easily fit your tiny turbo and much larger turbo's. the one i had fit my gt35r and was able to fit something like a gt20. or smaller.

Do you have an Oil cooler? that would help keep things much cooler on the track.

Never seen a blanket work with a log mani.
I use one and so do many others, the trick is to get a smaller blanket such as DEI's Titanium blanket

Sorry if it seems like I "overheated" a little. LOL

But yeah, I'm trying to grow the OO's to cut my hood... It's either that or the Seibon VSII or CW hood. I don't thing the seibon one will really help. I don't want the mugen replica one because EVERYONE has it.

I think the CW one would help me out more, but I can't really find any good pics of it installed.

I would buy an oil cooler, but they are F'n expensive for what they are...

I be I could go to a junk yard and get a tranny cooler from a truck or something and fab me up one... hmmmm...

an oil cooler would benefit u so much. its really worth that extra 400 bucks. its almost a MUST when you start turning up the boost. Especially since u like to track every once in awhile.
