2 step is hard on your valvetrain from what i hear and i would go with Kpro or aem EMS. Its all in the tuner. Get a good tuner and ur set.
ill let the more seasoned guys answer lol

You don't necessarily choose software, but the ECU and it's associated software.
As mentioned above you're real choices are the AEM EMS which comes with AEM Pro or the Hondata K-pro which comes with Hondata's software.
But pretty much I would leave this up to your tuner. You want one that is experienced with one or both of the above and let them decide.
So the choice is not one of software, nor necessarily ECU, but one of tuner.

Like mentioned above, either a aem ems or a hondata. Both work great, however, you'll be paying more for the hondata. Personally if you don't mind paying more I'd say go with the hondata.

hi,
mtm864:if you are going to tune your car hondata is very user friendly..
and very easy to learn..we were using hondata on our ep3 civic k20 with
gt37r for a very long time nop...we are going to upgrade it to aem ,and
72mm turbo to use 8 injectors.. my 2 cent
