Default tuning question

I am sure this has been discussed but I searched and couldnt find a clear answer. I am running a stock vortech setup. I want to install a 9psi pulley some injectors and a e manage ultimate. My question is should I remove the vortech fpr and timing control and let the emanage do everything or should I leave that on and the ultimate will do all the fine tuning? Thanks guys.

take it off cause if the vortech ecu thing breaks then your tune with the emanage will also be out of wack.

It was absolutely impossible for us to tune with the Comptech FMU and blackbox installed. We did try however, and had to revert back to the stock FPR.
