TTS Race Supercharger kit build thread. Rotrex C38-92.

Feels great when you can tune it yourself. All it needs is an hour on the street your tune is done.
I find it that I like to daily drive the TTS supercharger car more than the Ptuning GTX3076R car. ~500whp supercharger is plenty on the street. Floor it first, second, and third, and taking it to redline is easy.
The Ptuning GTX3076R car makes 400torque @ 5000rpm. That is wheel spin 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear. If you hook up, you better hold on the steering wheel because it's like taking a 200ft drop on a roller coaster.

That's awesome that your enjoying your new kit! We'll have to see about running E85, eventually I suppose...looks like there's some really good potential with that! Maybe someday someone will teach me how to tune!
Just ordered the SOS fuel return system today, so I'll have to get that installed and hit the dyno again!

So you made just over 400 whp with the restrictor in place at ~11psi? Seeing you are going E85 I assume you will be running full boost, did you do a pull without the restrictor in place on 93? I will be going to get tuned this Monday and also have the restrictor, limited to 94 octane so just trying to gauge what to expect. Did you run out of fuel due to running off the stock fuel pump or just maxing out what 93 was capable of running safely?

Ran out of fuel unrestricted on the OEM fuel pump. Started to go lean @6800rpm.
I plan to run full boost (no restrictor) on 93 first (possibly rev limited at some point based on what boost level is seen). Will be trying E85 at some point... Not sure when...maybe next year... Don't know.

Brian a simple test tube for verification is all that's needed. I did this a few times testing local gas station close to me and they were always E87-89 even close to winter. Hell I never checked it anymore. Strange stations I would check but honestly in IL they were always E85 or better. It's not a big deal. I told Dustin there are plenty of gas stations in WI. Yes you will have to plan your stops but you will get to know where the stations are in advance. I never drove that far really that it was a problem. If it was like driving to Minnesota for a tune with Fullblown you map out your route. Once you go E85 you will not go back. Trust me.
