Thanks...looking into it a bit but I'm not sure we'll be making production pieces. If we do I'll post about it.

Custom just for you is a nice sentiment. Production would take that away forsure.

These provided the feedback I expected to see, these need to be produced!

I’m thinking of saving to grab this kit in this future hopefully in 2020 I can start ordering. I’m looking to hopefully buy the race kit with everything that I need from TTS that I can’t get state side. With that said I’ve seen someone mention leaving out the TTS intercooler can help with reducing the overall price and shipping since it’s a large item. If I do that does anyone know if the Fullblown Motorsport intercooler could be used? It’s rated for 800hp and while not a 2.75” hot and 3” cold like the OP it is 2.75” on both ends. I do know I’ll still have to have custom pipe work done just wondering if there is a good intercooler option in the states?

Hey, how's it going? If I did this kit again I would definitely not get the supplied intercooler...not that it dosen't work, but simply due to the fact that in doing what we did in the rebuilding of the core end tanks and the rerouting of the flow paths, it absolutely made a big improvement. I ended up using the TTS core and just reworked the end tanks and it gave me what I was looking for. I'd definitely check out other options or having a custom one made. The full blown one does look like a good option. Personally I would purchase everything except the intercooler and piping. Everything is still working great! I may look into cams and modifying the intake manifold plenum next year possibly...we'll see.

Hey man I am doing well thanks for the response the Full Blown was just the one I knew of since I was contemplating on getting their stage 2 turbo kit. I read the Full Blown Stage 2 review and it was stated their intercooler sits some what far back as it was probably fabricated with no A/C in mind but that's good to know that the TTS intercooler isn't necessary and any good quality intercooler should work fine. I'm sure i'll find something that will work as long as I can get a 2.75 inlet and outlet that will bolt right up will be great. If I do have to go a custom fab route then ill def go with your 2.75/3" design so similar or close to gains

You're very welcome! On a side note...if you were to consider a turbo kit I'd strongly suggest the P-Tuning kit either with the Garrett GTX3076 gen2 or GTX3582 gen2. Its is probably the most currently recommended kit on the forum. Several users have it as well as a good friend of mine.

Good luck with your decision!
Brian
