There is some additional room to work with. One could trim the pipe that connects to the TB by a little for more room if needed. That pipe is 3" dia.

does this 3" pipe come only with your c38-92 kit or also with the c38-91 as well if you perhaps might know ?

This is standard no matter what blower one chooses.

Here's some pics of the changes that have been made this winter...there will be more to come...

All piping and intercooler end tanks have been rebuilt. 2.75" hot side piping and 3" cold side piping.

Fabbing up the 3.5" intake tube...

Newly rebuilt intercooler end tanks (original TTS core) and piping. Matte black powder coated end tanks and top and bottom mounts...lightly painted black core.





Custom powder coated color matched piping and Amsoil air filter.

Original TTS intercooler and end tanks.







Newly rebuilt end tanks with original TTS core.



2.75" blower output piping (was 2.5").



Test fitting new piping.

Blower output to intercooler.

New PIAA horns.



Grind all internal piping welds smooth.



Matte black and clear coated spark plug cover.

Forge Motorsport BOV location.

PCV (now removed) and breather routing to catch can.

Catch can


...still to do...order ID1300's...modify fuel rail to accept drain hose disconnect (for pump gas to E85 quick drain)...install Walbro 450 fuel pump...retune on E85 and pump gas...

How you finding the setup now ? it should make it really efficient and make more power
