Default Treadstone turbo, Greddy, InlinePRO, Ect.

Greddy, Treadstone, InlinePro, Rev Hard.....pretty much the only 4 kits i know about.
I dont have one yet but i want to know, what is the best kit that is a direct bolt on for a generally stock s2k?

I know everyone will have different opinoins but id like to hear from people who already have the kits, and what there opinoins/thought/concerns are with them.

Im looking to buy a kit here soon, and i want what could potentially be the best.
I love high horsepower, and i know with the greddy its impossible to hit the 400hp mark(without replacing parts), but i do know its reliable and a great direct bolt on kit but all im wondering is, which is the best!??

Thanks,
Jim

Probably the mase kit is the best turbo kit but is fairly new. Inline is not so bad either, I have one, very durable and well tested, it has been around a very long time and the manifold is bullet proof.

Greddy is good for around 300hp and quick spool.

If you want that kind of power with a direct bolt on then you have the following chioces

(1) Mase Turbo Kit
(2) PTuning Turbo Kit

(1) SOS Highboost Kit
(2) Vortech Supercharger

With any of the kit I would highly suggest KPro (For a Daily), a set of injectors and good tune.

You can hit 400WHP pretty easy with the Forged Performance Turbo Kit as well on a really conservative tune.

Thanks for fast responses, my main thing is, i want opinions. A few of these kits dont even come with EMS's and thats something i sorta need to come with(pre tuned).....i live in the country, the closest tune shop is 1 1/2 hours away....i dont want to have my car towd up there just to have it tuned, and the cheapest tuning they do is a little over 1G(they dont really do street tuning, just race tuning)....I need a pre tuned ECU to come with the kit, even though the pfab, peakboost, afi kits are beautiful!
Again thanks

I would suggest the Mase kit, all others will need a tune to get to 400WHP. He can give you a base tune then if you ever get to a dyno and he is passing through town you can shoot for bigger power.

Only problem, has anyone had problems with the exhaust mani made of stainless? i herd that they crack easier than cast iron exhaust manis.
