Default Time to finish going turbo!

Alright folks, the long wait for my install is now over. I delayed everything because I took my girlfriend to Germany and France for two weeks over the holidays and that required me not to spend any additional money that I didn't have to. Now that that's past, and I'm on my feet again, it's time to complete this long awaited adventure.

Here's what I have:

I acquired a partial Inline kit from PRS2K, including:

Precision 60-1 turbo
Inline dumptube, downpipe, manifold, bov, wastegate (turbosmart 38), K&N filter, 90 degree charge pipe with bov flange welded on. I also got the usual hose clamps, bolts, couple of couplers, and what I think is a turbo feed line of some sort.

I since have bought:

AEM EMS 1052-U
AEM Serial Gauge
Walbro fuel pump
krank vents
3-ply silicone couplers (2.5 inch)
Tbolt hose clamps (2.5 inch)
RC 650cc injectors with clips
part of a oil relocator (I'm working on getting the other part of the kit)
stock oil pan (so I can tap mine and keep a stock one)
SOS dual gauge pod (might get another serial gauge in the future)

I know I need to still get:

AEM oil temp/pressure sensor
intercooler
misc. ic pipes
oil pan fitting
clutch
3" single exhaust
misc. braided steel lines?

I plan on boosting 8 pounds. I want to have this installed in February, so I need to go ahead and order the last few things this week. If anyone knows where I can get my needed list from cheaply, please let me know! If you know of anything that I'm forgetting, please, let me know! For instance, where and what type of ic piping should I get? Will I need any other sensors (EGT?)? Am I forgetting some huge, key part? I'm doing this on a budget, and never owned a turbo'd car before. I want to have everything ready for my installer so my down time is minimal.

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Justin

Nice, I'm right there with you. Starting my install in the next 2 weeks. Good luck and is that a pit or an american bulldog?

Good luck with your install as well Floyd (my dog) is a rescue and I think he's mostly pit terrier with possibly some pointer due to his coloring (or maybe he's all pit, I'm really not sure). He's just over 60 pounds right now (gaining weight now - very sick when I got him a few months ago) and is 1.5 years old.

Here's another just because I like to show him off

Nice pooch, I also have a rescued dog. He's an American Bulldog named Dewey and weighs around 105. I'll try and post a pic.

While you have everything off, get the manifold, downpipe and exhaust side of the turbo Jet-Hot coated. It will only take a few weeks.

I would love to but, price is of the utmost concern I'm trying to do this entire project (including clutch) for under 6k.

Good to see you're almost up and running Justin. Sorry we never got together for a Zaino/serial gauge exchange. Good luck to ya.
