Default Tial 38mm wastegate stuck open
Does anyone know how to repair a tial 38mm mvs wastegate that is stuck open? I took the top piece off an the rubber diaphragm does not appear to be ripped.

No I can't. There is a piece under the top cover with 4 small set screws, if I loosen those the valve drops down.

Well if noone can help call tial... Ask them. Few yrs back i had issues with tial blow off valve they have good customer service...

If you can spin the valve then the 4 small set screws came loose.
