I recall using WD40 a wood block and hammer to install the pulley..... I'll be honest....it was not something that I considered doing because of all the issues I've already seen and witnessed...
That pulley is a serious bitch to get on. Good luck with your install.

Think of all of this as a learning process....you can't just up and give up everytime things don't work out....especially considering it's you doing all the work....

Ok, this ****ing thing is stuck part way on there. I cannot get it off and I am dinging the hell out of the blower bracket and this ****ing pulley. Why can't these people make a product that works like it should? Maybe if we overpay more we could get that. Tech 2 = TWO THUMBS DOWN!
Besides the fact that i had problems with Tech 2 in the past not taking accountability on wrong product sent to me, I decided that the pulley would probably be the same scenario.
Save yourself hassle, time and money and order the pulley from www.aspracing.com. The pulley for my vortech fits perfect and i bought a few from them already.

You might be able to squeeze it on there without taking the blower off but it is much easier with it off. I would recommend taking a felt polishing bit with compound in a dremel to it first.

RPM- did you get your Ulitmate Emanage tuned yet? The PnP harness I got from Boomslang worked great and saved me some cash over vtecfrog.
