Talking to you people is useless. It gets so frustrating when people regurgitate what they have heard instead of having actual proof themselves.
Its a straight shot from the turbo to the oil drain plug and if yo useen mine you would understand.

i agree with reborn, tap the girdle, it gets oil back into the block at a higher point, its just better to tap the girdle

I think it'd be easier to describe by actually showing pictures of your setup.

^ what is the difference if it is tapped at the oil pan drain, above the drain or in the girdle?
Mine is in the lowest spot of the pan that can be tapped. Perfect for flow.

Mine is in the lowest spot of the pan that can be tapped. Perfect for flow.
at the girdle, the drain hose will not be submerged in oil which may prevent oil from draining properly from the turbo.

I had the most straight viertical downward path to the oil pan and I still had problems.
So personally I will always tap above oil leve.
