You guys should take that beast to a standing mile event. It would be awesome to see what MPH you could get to.

Thanks bud, as of now a new clutch is the only option. We are working on other solutions but it may take some time.

I did the calculation for you guys to compare like I had in the Z33 thread:

Gearbox:- S2000 AP2
Tire:- 225/50/16
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Top Gear gives 19.561 MPH/1000 RPM and a top speed of 176.046 MPH at 9000 RPM

Engine speeds in top gear:-
30 MPH = 1534 RPM 40 MPH = 2045 RPM 50 MPH = 2556 RPM 60 MPH = 3067 RPM
70 MPH = 3579 RPM 80 MPH = 4090 RPM 90 MPH = 4601 RPM 100 MPH = 5112 RPM

Top Speed in 1 gear = 42.874 MPH
And changes into 2 gear at 5875 RPM dropping 3125 RPM
Top Speed in 2 gear = 65.684 MPH
And changes into 3 gear at 6518 RPM dropping 2482 RPM
Top Speed in 3 gear = 90.698 MPH
And changes into 4 gear at 7055 RPM dropping 1945 RPM
Top Speed in 4 gear = 115.696 MPH
And changes into 5 gear at 7310 RPM dropping 1690 RPM
Top Speed in 5 gear = 142.442 MPH
And changes into 6 gear at 7282 RPM dropping 1718 RPM
Top Speed in 6 gear = 176.046 MPH
************************************************** ****************************************

Gearbox:- v160
Tire:- 225/50/16
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Top Gear gives 22.735 MPH/1000 RPM and a top speed of 204.618 MPH at 9000 RPM

Engine speeds in top gear:-
30 MPH = 1320 RPM 40 MPH = 1759 RPM 50 MPH = 2199 RPM 60 MPH = 2639 RPM
70 MPH = 3079 RPM 80 MPH = 3519 RPM 90 MPH = 3959 RPM 100 MPH = 4398 RPM

Top Speed in 1 gear = 42.399 MPH
And changes into 2 gear at 5550 RPM dropping 3450 RPM
Top Speed in 2 gear = 68.755 MPH
And changes into 3 gear at 6426 RPM dropping 2574 RPM
Top Speed in 3 gear = 96.298 MPH
And changes into 4 gear at 7008 RPM dropping 1992 RPM
Top Speed in 4 gear = 123.676 MPH
And changes into 5 gear at 6860 RPM dropping 2140 RPM
Top Speed in 5 gear = 162.262 MPH
And changes into 6 gear at 7137 RPM dropping 1863 RPM
Top Speed in 6 gear = 204.618 MPH
************************************************** ****************************************

All I know is my AP2 is gear limited to 148 at redline on stock rims. So I'm not sure where the whole 176mph comes from. But the Supra tranny will up the top speed regardless, so I guess it doesn't really matter.
