These paranoia questions are a bit daft. As I tried to alude to in my first post the SC itself really won't have much affect on longevity. How you drive and maintain it (NA, SC, or turbo) will have a much bigger effect than adding FI.

So with good maintainance is it reasonable to expect 200,000 mi with no major repairs? Or is this just crazy?

If you're expecting someone to give you a signed affidavit on exactly how long it will last, ain't gonna happen. How do you expect anyone to know?
