using the oem filter. I order them in bulk from majestic. I dorve it tonight and its the same starts out around 75psi and drops to 60 psi after its warm. Its steady at 60 doesn;t really fluctuate from there. I don't know what else to look for. I have to believe that laskey put the bottom end together right.

Its definitely weird man. Just remember, the engine is built looser now for boost and thus you really need to run 15w50 oil in the summer; 10w40 in the winter. I know youre running the correct oil now, but just wanted to also mention it since you were running I think 10w30 before.

Only other thing I can think of it to switch to -8 relocation lines. They should help up the pressure but wont flow as much as the -10. I know of a few people that had low oil pressure with the -10 lines and switched to the -8 and gained about 10 psi.

Something must be out of tolerance. I ran extremely long -10an lines to my relocation block, -4an feed to the turbo, and also a -3an to another block for Oil pressure sensors. I run 20w50 oil as well. I don't think your problem lies there, as you've obviously already proven.

I'd start at the top of the motor and start measuring everything and work your way down, something definitely isn't right. It's possible it's in the oil pump itself, but doubtful.

You could also "mod" your stock pump, that's all ERL is doing. We used to do this when we raced FWD Hondas. Both B and H series pumps. You port the passages slightly and shim the pressure relief spring. That was good for a bit more flow and more pressure.

I'll take a good look at the top end tonight, and swap out the 40 weight for some 50 tomorrow to see if that bumps it up at all. I'll order some -8 fittings and lines from summit tonight and swap them out sometime next week.
I have a -4 oil pressure line thats about 3 feet long and it also supplies a -3 oil feed for the turbo. I will try and take a picture sometime tomorrow. Its puzzling at best.

Would cam cap torque be an issue if its under torqued?
