i found plenty of which plugs i need for N/A cars and i have found the correct gap for S/C cars but i cant find the right plugs for s/c cars. do i just go one step colder from stock on the reccomended plugs?
NGK = PFR7G-11S
Denso = PK22PR-L11S

You could continue to use a new set of OEM plugs or you could use what many F.I. guys are using -- NGK copper racing plugs 7173, which is one step colder. However, being copper plugs, you need to check them more often and change or clean as necessary. Gap them to the narrower spec regardless which you use.

i Plan on running the stock boost for a few months then i will convert to AEM ems and 7+ lb/boost. What are the issued with copper plugs? i have seen that platinum and irridum plugs are not ideal for s/c cars, but are copper plugs the best for s/c cars? and if i remember correctly i should change every 3000 miles but how often should i examine the plugs? every 1500 mile?

I have 16 NGK 7173 Plugs for sale. They are 1 step colder than stock, prefect for your application.

The only issue is that you have to check them more often than you would platinum plugs. After my problems with high rpm miss with IK24s, I won't touch them with a barge pole.
I've run my 7173s for 3000 miles and they looked fine. I'd go 5000 next time before checking them.

Oh, I noticed you the OP that you mention you found the correct gap for S/C... I don't know if I read this wrong, but NEVER EVER go by the gap that it CLAIMS to have on the box. Always use a gapping tool and redo/check them all.
