Smaller turbo, better peak torque/hp with near identical spool time, power will continue to build past red line... I'm sorry I just don't see the appeal.

The PTuning kit is also fantastic but you have to keep in mind that it also installs a bit differently. It replaces your passenger side motor mount with a stiffer, custom mount setup since the turbo sits very low and it uses an oil scavange pump setup. You also have to change your rad fan setup as well. These are minor differences but some things that someone shopping around for kits might not want to bother with or not feel comfortable with on their DD.

It does crack me up to see comments on how much power the PTuning kit makes compared with the SOS kit. If you want to play that game, there are multiple dynos from many years ago with the original Full Race ProStreet kit showing even better spool and power than the PTuning kit (over 500 whp on 93 octane with a GT3076R)! In fact, I've never seen any kit compare with the old Full Race for power output on pump gas, including the new Full Race twin-scroll front mount kits... With that said, that kit is definitely not for everyone and the SOS and PTuning kits have some big advantages over it.

Not trying to start a pissing match. My primary dislike of the SOS kit is the fact that even a 35r can't carry power past redline. I'm just confused on why the design is so restrictive. In the FS section right now there is the prototype turbo kit from SOS that ideally makes more power than this design with a 30r and a tubular log. Is the twinscroll really necessary with such a small flange?
